My Club Penguin Updates

No, I have not abandoned this blog. I have decided to take a different approach to it. I plan to make this a blog depicting my personal experiences with my fantastic friends on Club Penguin. I would like to apologize ahead of time if that’s what you come here for…you will still see Club Penguin updates, cheats, and, tips but it’s no longer my main priority. Honestly, I no longer care about hits…if you enjoy reading my postings than you are welcome to read it.

If you are looking for CP cheats than there are many blogs out there that you can find…mine is just sitting in limbo right now. I will post what I feel and when I feel like it. If you have not noticed already, I do edit my postings a lot and so, what you don’t see now may be up in a few hours. Anyways, I want to “Thank all of you” that come here to read my blogs…I do appreciate it. You are always welcome here. 🙂

Club Penguin New Pin & Clothing Catalog August 2008, Penguin Band

 Clothing Catalog (Members)

 The new items found in the catalog are a combination of clothing: suit (boy), dress (girl), shoes, and a black/brown leather man jacket (item return). There are also jewelry items available for purchase, two of which are hidden. Check below for clues on where to find them. The fireman outfit has also been brought back. Click on the “Penguin Style Catalog” below to view what’s in store without logging on.

Penguin Band Update

If you haven’t received your background from the penguin band yet…you have your chance again on August 1st and 2nd. They’ll be visiting the VIP rooms on random full servers. Make sure you purchase your VIP passes at the snow forts first.

Club Penguin Music Jam ’08 & Free Items

Club Penguin has outdone themselves with the Music Jam ’08 Party. In my opinion, one of the best party so far. Each room has been cleverly decorated to suit a music theme and each boasting activities to do (simply press or test out buttons wherever you find it). Here are the schedules and themes for each room:

 

Free Items

There are two free items being given out at the music party: A pair of maracas (an item return) which you can find at the cove and  a music jam ’08 party t-shirt that can be found at the plaza.

Purchase your backstage pass at the snow fort. You can use this pass to enter the VIP room located behind the stage at the dock.

Music Catalog (Hidden Item)

If you do not currently have the red electric guitar, you can find it hidden in the music catalog located in the VIP room. Click on the “I” under the title “music catalog”. The catalog also contains music return items which you can play by pressing your “dance” button.

Club Penguin Igloo List Upgrade & DJ Game Spoiler

Countdown until the Music Jam ’08 Party…Two more days to go! Well, to top it all off, remember this? Here’s a hint…that little box in the middle of the night club stage marked fragile. Club Penguin is launching a new DJ game this coming Friday, July 25th as a new addition to mini-games on Club Penguin. Look Biggy, a DJ game! I know you’ve always wanted a DJ party but maybe this game is a start.

The DJ game is an interactive game that allows you to make your own music. It sounds exciting…now I wonder if they will ever allow us to create our own music for use in our igloo. Anyways, I did ask Club Penguin that question just the other day but I have not heard from support yet. Hopefully, they will take it into consideration in the near future.

 Two big concerns of the new features with the igloo list was that not all of the open igloos would show up on the map and scrolling through each of the igloos was more of a hassle than it was worth. To fix this problem, Club Penguin has added a handy list to make it easier to find open igloos.

Club Penguin New Furniture Catalog and Pin July 18 2008

The new Club Penguin Pin is a Musical Clef. It can be found at the cave (pool) near your map/spyphone.

There is also construction going on at the night club stage. It looks like Club Penguin is getting ready for the music festival coming up July 25 to the 30th.

 Furniture Catalog & Hidden Items

Club Penguin has added more music themed furnitures to add to their furniture collection. The new additions are awesome as they coordinate well with the old furniture. The disco ball (spinning) makes a nice touch to the ceiling as well as the new stage (click up to change it to a gray color), and the guitar stand gives you the option of what type of guitar you want to display (click up to choose which guitar you want displayed):

Don’t forget there are also three new tunes added to the igloo music list. They are the fiesta, aqua grabber, and medieval. You can listen to these jams (members only) by using your furniture items: Jukebox & Stereo.
